Purchased on August 10th 2006 by Chef Gregory and Genell Paine of Chef Gregory Specialty Catering, a husband and wife team with over 20 years experience in The Food and Beverage Industry is now at the helm of a newly reconstructed ship, and, now with all the flags flying is quickly parting the seas of mediocrity. Avante catering is proud to be one of the few catering companies in the south that is Chef Owned and Operated.
