"SHRIMP AND GRITS"
Add some southern hospitality to your next event! This station is designed to bring you the flavors of New Orleans with the homemade goodness of southern style grits. Our version is tossed with peppers, onions and cheese. Feel free to create your own toppings!

"MASHED POTATO BAR"
Garlic Mashed Potatoes made to order by your guests themselves. Load it up or just add cheese!

Sauteed onions and peppers mixed with our special blend of Mexican spices and Grilled Chicken to create the perfect fajita. Station includes shredded cheddar, tomatoes, guacamole, salsa, lettuce and sour cream.
